| 摘 要： | 结合采用测频法与测周期法这两种频率测量方法,可以大大提高数字频率计的频带以及测量精度.介绍了基于CPLD(复杂可编程逻辑器件)的宽频带且能自动切换量程的高精度数字频率计的基本原理,并给出了系统的相关设计.

| Abstract: | There are two methods to measure frequency in digital cymometer:measure the frequency directly and measure the cycle.Using these two methods combinatively can widen the measurable bandwith greatly.Based on the methods above,the principle of wide bandwith and automatic switching range cymomerer with high precision based on CPLD is introduced in this paper.The correlative design of the system is given. |
