大跨度钢结构双向井字梁滑移和整体提升施工技术

摘    要:中华全国总工会中国职工对外交流中心工程在施工场地狭小、大吨位汽车式起重机施展不便的情况下,优化选择施工方案。钢结构双向大跨度井字梁施工采用塔式起重机在有效吊装半径内分段吊装、楼面散拼、楼面整体滑移、绞磨机加滑轮组整体提升的方法,有效降低了施工费用,提高了施工安全性。

Abstract:In All China Federation of Trade Unions China Worker's Centre for International Exchange project, construction scheme is optimized with consideration of limited construction site and inconvenient operation of heavy auto-crane. During construction of two-way large-span steel structure cross beam, different methods are adopted, such as segmented lifting within effective lifting radius, floor assembly, integral floor slippage, capstan plus pulley block integral lifting, to effective reduce the construction cost and to improve the construction safety.
