摘    要:油套管特殊螺纹接头由球面/柱面型主密封结构、反向式台肩结构和螺纹连接部分组成,球面主密封面曲率半径r、主密封面的过盈量δ和台肩的反向角度θ等结构参数对接头的强度和密封性能具有重要影响.基于因数轮换法的基本思想,运用有限元数值仿真方法分别研究了结构参数r、δ和θ对油套管特殊螺纹接头的强度和密封性能的影响,结果表明,r越大接头密封性能越差,θ越大接头密封性能越好,δ越大则接头密封性能越好,但接头应力集中程度则会加重.

Abstract:Premium connections of the tubing and casing consist of spherical / cylindrica mary seal structure, reverse-type shoulder structure and the threaded connections. The radius of spherical surface of the primary seal structure (γ),the amount of interference mary seal surface (δ) ,the reverse angle of shoulder structure (θ) and other parameter 1 type pri- curvature of the pri- s have animportant effect on the strength and sealing performance of the premium connections. Based on ler, 0 or 8 Rotation Idea,the Finite Element Simulation Method is used to study these effects in The results show that the sealing performance will become better with r being smal being larger,while the stress concentration of premium connections will intensify.
