摘    要:在K型井架制造和使用过程中,立柱加强板的焊接接头经常出现延迟裂纹.对裂纹进行分析,认为焊接接头的拘束应力是产生延迟裂纹的主要原因.通过在接头形式、焊接方法、焊接顺序、焊接规范以及焊前准备等方面采取措施,有效地避免了立柱加强板焊接接头中的延迟裂纹的产生,确保井架的使用安全.

Abstract:During manufacturing and using of the K type mast, delay crack was often found in the reinforced plate welding joint of main beam. By analyzing the reason of the crack, a conclusion was drawn that restraint stress was the main factor. So control measures have been adopted from joint shape,weld method, weld order, weld standard and pre-weld preparation, and good results have been achieved during the actual manufacture process.
