摘    要:膨胀套管连接密封技术是膨胀套管技术关键问题之一。通过公理设计理论分析发现:现有的膨胀螺纹连接是一种耦合设计,其既要承载下一级膨胀管的重力又要起到膨胀后的主要密封作用。引入资源解耦法、零功能解耦法和效应解耦法3种解耦方法,逐层逐级针对螺纹密封机构进行分析,并且给出了相关的解耦方案。

Abstract:Connection and seal technology is one of the key problems of expansion casing. We found that expandable casing thread connection is coupling design based on analysis of axiomatic design theory. It not only supports the weight of next level but also keep main seal after expandable cas- ing being expanded. In this paper, resources method, zero function method and the effect method to decoupling are introduced. There are three decoupling methods to analyze expandable casing thread connection step by step and gives the relevant decoupling project.
