1000MW燃煤机组技术创新及设计优化分析

摘    要:为了提高百万机组整体运行水平,实现节能减排目的,对句容发电厂2×1000MW超临界燃煤机组实施机组参数、结构、锅炉烟风系统和机组辅助设备技术创新及设计优化,热耗由7318kJ/kWh下降为7284k J/kWh,厂用电率由4.58%下降为4.282%,供电煤耗由284.9 g/kWh下降为279.88g/kWh,取得良好效果,并为同类机组设计优化提供借鉴和参考.

Abstract:In order to improve the whole operation level of millions watt unit and realize energy conservation and e- missions reduction, the following technology innovations and design optimizations are carried out on 2 x 1000MW supercrit- ieal coal-fired unit in Jurong Power Plant, including the unit parameter and structure, the smoke-wind system of boiler and unit auxiliary equipments. Then the heat consumption decreases from 7318k J/kWh to 7284 k J/kWh, the service power rate declines from 4.58% to 4.282%, and the power supply coal consumption dropped from 284.9g/kWh to 279.88g/kWh In a word, it obtains good results and provides reference for the optimal design of similar units.
