循环流化床锅炉脱硫技术

摘    要:介绍了我国循环流化床锅炉脱硫现状,重点讨论了循环流化床锅炉炉内喷钙脱硫技术、炉内喷钙烟气半干法脱硫技术和炉内喷钙烟气湿法脱硫技术。结合现有的环保政策和脱硫成本,炉内喷钙脱硫技术难以满足现有环保要求;对燃用低硫煤循环流化床锅炉,建议采用炉内喷钙烟气半干法脱硫技术,该技术可以满足环保要求,且脱硫成本较低;对燃用高硫煤循环流化床锅炉,建议采用炉内喷钙烟气湿法脱硫技术,该技术能满足环保要求,但脱硫成本较高。

Discussion on Circulating Fluidized Bed Boiler Desulfurization Technologies

Abstract:Introduce the desulfurization status of circulating fluidized bed boiler in China, and discuss desulphation technology of limestone injection into furnace, desulphation technology of semi-dry method with limestone injection into fur- naee and desulphation technology of wet method with limestone injection into furnace. Based on the current environmental policy and desulphurization cost, the desulphation technology of limestone injection into furnace isn't suit for the environ- mental requirement ; for the circulating fluidized bed to eombust the low-sulfur coal, the desulphation technology of se- mi-dry method with limestone injection into furnace should be adopted for reducing the SO2 emission to meet the requirement of of environmental protection with the low operating cost; for the circulating fluidized bed m eombust the high-sulfur coal, the desulphation technology of wet method with limestone injection into furnace should be adopted to meet the requirement of of environmental protection with the relatively high operating cost;
