基于MATLAB的气动马达万有特性曲线绘制方法研究

摘    要:万有特性曲线可以作为分析气动马达性能的重要依据,有利于合理选择气动马达,降低耗气量,提高工作效率.利用MATLAB软件强大的数据处理能力和绘图功能,分别采用多元线性回归方法和BP神经网络技术处理气动马达台架试验数据,最终将等耗气率曲线、等功率曲线及外特性曲线较好地拟合在同1张图上,为气动马达与传动系统的合理匹配提供了直观、可靠依据.

Abstract:Universal performance curve plotting for air motor can be very useful for analyzing per- formance parameters of motors. It is also very conducive to choose reasonable air motor,decrease air consumption and improve work efficiency. Taking advantage of data-handling capacity and graphic capability of MATLAB,multiple linear regression model and BP neural network were in- troduced to process data of experiment bench. Finally, equal-gas consumption curves, external characteristic curve and equip power lines were in good fit in a figure. All these curves can also be used to do air motors' performance research.
