稠油热采水平井插管堵水工艺应用及效果分析

针对稠油热采水平井含水上升而常规机械封堵工艺难以适应的问题,采用稠油热采水平井双封插管堵水工艺,解决稠油热采水平井的机械堵水问题,实现管柱锚定、坐封、丢手和注采一体化。介绍了堵水工艺管柱组成、工作原理、技术参数和特点。实践证明,双封插管堵水工艺管柱取得了明显的堵水效果。

Application and Effect of Double Seal Intubation Water Shutoff Process in Horizontal Wells of Heavy Oil Thermal Recovery

For heavy oil thermal recovery horizontal wells in the aquifer rise, the conventional me- chanical closure process is difficult to adapt to the problem. The dual-packer intubation water shutoff process is adapted for heavy oil thermal recovery horizontal wells to solve mechanical wa- ter plugging problems of heavy oil thermal recovery of horizontal wells and realize the combina- tion of column anchor seat seal, releasing and injection and integration in one. A water shutoff technology column composition, working principle, technical parameters and characteristics are in- troduced. The practice test has proved that： the dual-packer intubation water shutoff technology realized the combination of column anchor Block seal, plugging,injection and integration, and the water shutoff in one.
