差速换向无游梁抽油机换向系统研究

针对现有长冲程电机-变频器换向无游梁抽油机和链条换向抽油机存在的问题,以及开采稠油及低渗透油层的迫切需求,提出一种新型长冲程抽油机———差速换向无游梁抽油机。阐述了差速换向机构内部齿轮传动与换向的工作原理,说明了长冲程、低冲次的实现方法,参数为：冲程3~8m,冲次1~4min-1,悬点载荷140kN。通过刹车盘换向控制实现任意超长冲程,换向冲击力减少50%,最大转矩仅为游梁式的30%,具有可靠、节能效果好等特点。

Reversing System Research of Differential Reversing of Non-beam Pumping Unit

A new type long stroke pumping unit is put forward to solve the problem that exists in the non-beam pumping unit of motor-frequency converter commutation and the chain reversingpumping unit,which are urgently needed in exploitation of heavy oil and low permeability oil res- ervoir. The internal gear transmission of differential reversing mechanism and the working princi- ple of reversing are stated. The method of the long stroke with low speed is illustrated, the param- eters of which are.stroke is 3~8 m,the number of stroke is 1~4 times per minute,and maximum polished rod load is 140 kN. By means of reversing control of brake disc to achieve any stroke length,and reduce reversing impact by 50% and the maximum torque is 30%of that of beam pumping unit. It has advantages, such as reliability and better energy saving.
