摘    要:定子橡胶是螺杆泵的核心部分,螺杆泵的寿命主要依赖于橡胶的性能。传统的橡胶性能评价主要是模拟橡胶的静态力学性能,对橡胶的基本力学性能进行评价,但在螺杆泵运转过程中橡胶的动态性能起着关键作用。介绍了一种能够有效评价橡胶动态疲劳性能的模拟试验新方法,该方法直接明了,更接近于螺杆泵定子橡胶的实际工作状况,对进一步改善定子橡胶配方、提高螺杆泵的使用寿命具有重要意义。

Abstract:Elastomer is the core component of progressing cavity pump (PCP). The running life of PCP considerably depends on elastomer' s performance characteristics. Conventional elastomer performance tests point to the basic mechanical and physical properties tests. However, dynamic performance played an important role in PCP's operation while dynamic tests,especially for dy- namic fatigue property tests. This paper presents a novel method that could effectively evaluate the dynamic fatigue properties of elastomer. The method could describe the dynamic fatigue per- formance directly and clearly,and test conditions are similar to stator elastomer's working condi- tion. It has a significance to further improve the stator elastomer's formulations and improve the service life Of PCP.
