摘    要:分析了线材表面脱碳的主要原因,提出通过优化加热温度、加热时间、炉内气氛等参数可以将线材表面脱碳层深度控制在标准范围内.

Abstract:The main reasons of surface decarburization of wire rod are analyzed. It is pointed that the depth of surface decarburization layer of wire rod can be controlled in the standard range by optimizing the parameters such as heating temperature, heating time, furnace atmosphere and so on.
