宝钢焦炭在高炉内粒度降解

摘    要:采用实验室模拟高炉局部条件和风口焦取样分析相结合的方法,研究了高炉中焦炭粒度降解的机理,及高炉喷煤量对焦炭粒度降解的影响。试验结果表明,在软融带焦炭内部结构被明显破坏,抗劣化能力下降;在风口回旋区焦炭磨损产生大量粉焦;此外随喷煤水平的提高,焦炭粒度降解程度呈明显增大的趋势,随着喷煤量的提高,焦发冷热强度必须与其相匹配。

Abstract:The mechanism of coke size degradation in BF and the influence of the volume of PCI on the degradation are researched by the method combining the partial simulation test of BF with simple research of coke property in tuyere.The result indicates the pore structure of coke is obviously destroyed in the soften-melting zone,the ability of resistance to degradation is decreased and coke size is degraded mostly in the tuyere raceway.With the increase of PCI rate,the level of degradation increases evidently.It is indicated that the coke properties should be improved accordingly with the increase of PCI rate in BF.
