砖瓦干燥试验台的研制

砖瓦等粘土塑性成型制品的干燥过程，是其生产的关键工序。由于干燥是复杂的热湿传导过程，目前国内外还没有成熟的理论用以指导实际生产过程。砖瓦生产的废品几乎都出在干燥工序上，尤其国内北方地区的粘土砖生产，在干燥工艺上没有成熟的理论模式可以遵循。本人在哈尔滨建工学院期间与国家建材局及哈市墙体材料改革办公室，共同开展了这个方向的研究，建立了国内第一台砖瓦干燥试验台，对粘土砖的干燥特性开展了一系列的科学研究，现总结于此。

Research of the Brick-Tile Drying Experimental Equipment

The drying process of ready-made plastic clay products such as brick and tile, which is a complex process containing heat and humidity conduction,is the key produc- tion.There is no accomplished theory to direct th pratical production due to its complex- ity in the country,and no mature theoretial model in drying technology that can be fo- llowed for the rejects produced on the line,especially in the nothern region.During studying in Harbin University of Architecture and Civil Engineering,I cooperated with the National Building Material Department and Harbin Model Material Reforming Office to research on the subject,invented the first brick-tile drying experimental equipment, and carried out a series of research on the drying characteristic of clay tile.
