摘    要:采用二段低压法甲醇合成技术、三塔精馏和高效规整填料对6万t/a甲醇装置进行改造,改造后甲醇产量增幅为675,吨精甲醇综合能耗下降30%,产品质量全部达到GB338-92优等品要求,实践证明改造是成功的。

Abstract:An original 60 000 t/a methanol unit is retrofitted by using the two stage low pressure methanol synthesis technology, rectification in three towers, and high efficiency structured packings. After the retrofit the methanol output increases by 67%, the overall energy consumption for a ton of refined methanol decreases by 30%, and the product quality attains the requirements for the superior quality product specified in GB338-92. Practice proves that the retrofit is successful.
