双酚-A型硼酚醛树脂的结构与热分解动力学的研究

摘    要:研究了甲醛水溶液法合成的双酚-A型硼酚醛树脂的结构,实验结果表明,在合成中形成硼酸苄酯,在固化过程中形成硼氧配位结构,配位氧原子由酚烃基提供。硼酚醛树脂与普通酚醛树脂相比有较好的耐热性,是一种性能良好的高分子材料。

Abstract:The structure of boron-containing bisphenol-A formaldehyde resin and kinetics of thermal degradation were investigated by infrared spectroscopy and thermogravimetry analysis.The results showed that benzyl borate linkage is formed during the synthesis process.The phenyl borate and coordinate linkage of boron-oxygen are formed in the thermosetting process.The kinetics of thermal degradation was investigated by thermogravimetry analysi1s.The reaction grade and rate constants of thermal degradation were determined.
