系统分析法在改善钻机刹车副的磨损特性上的应用

摘    要:钻机刹车副可视为一个开放的、离散的、控制论的和非稳态的摩擦学系统,其失效是因为在起下钻作业时刹车副摩擦表面受周期性热负荷作用产生磨损和热裂。改善刹车副磨损特性的基本措施是优化设计参数和操作参数以及优选刹车副配对材料。根据温度准则,刹车副的理论升温特性曲线或临界摩擦功率曲线可用于优选上述参数。定速模拟试验推荐M/18—68、M/CM1和W/18—68为最优刹车副配对材料。

Application of Systems Analysis to Improving the Wear Characteristics of Brake Pairs
Abstract:Drilling rig's brake pairs may be regarded as an open, discrete, cybernetic and unstable tribological system. Failure of the brake pairs is resulted from wear and heat crack caused by periodical heat load on friction surfaces of the brake pairs in the course of drill stem trippings. Fundamental measures for improving the wear characteristics of the brake pairs is the optimization of design parameters, operation parameters and the mating materials for the brake pairs. According to the temperature criterion, the theoretical temperature uprising curve or the critical friction power curve of the brake pairs can be used to optimize the above-mentioned parameters.
