| 摘 要： | 从看板控制系统厂内各零部件运输路线没有进行优化而导致了人力、物力的浪费问题着手，以降低厂内总搬运成本为出发点，提出并论述了设立临时中转站的优化方法及这样的临时中转站的存在的理论证明，并指出了如何寻找站点的方法。该优化方法是可以对到相应的资源进行调配，以达到减少厂内总搬运成本这一目的。

| Abstract: | In-plant transportation of parts, which are delivered from upstream workstations to the corresponding downstream one, does not achieve the best result in term sof reducing the cost of the transportation. To tackle this problem, this paper presents a method to reduce the total cost of the in-plant transportation. The method is to set up a temporary station so as to eliminate the cost. Also the paper relates why the station exists and how to locate it. |
