| Abstract: | This paper introduced the research result got by the authors in the application of chromatographic technique to develop new technologies for directly separation and purification of citric acid from fermentation broth and for adsorb- discolor of citric acid. These technologies have following characteristics: cleaning production, waste elimination, reducing operation cost, simplifying producing process, increasing recovery rate of product. |
