| Abstract: | With the acceleration of urbanization process, the construction of real estate speeds in city. And the various problems about human settlements environment during real estate development have aroused more and more concerns. Based on human settlements environment indexes, the paper tries to find out the malpractices in residential planning and design and hereby puts forward countermeasures. |
