微反应器在酰胺化工业中的应用

摘    要:自然科学与工程技术发展的一个重要趋势是向微型化迈进,微反应器以其独特的优势越来越引起重视,开始在越来越多的领域得到应用.针对甲苯法生产己内酰胺的过程中酰胺化反应存在收率低问题,从对酰胺化反应机理研究入手,研究了应用微反应器来进行酰胺化优化,达到提高产品质量、降低消耗、提高效益的目的.

Abstract:A important tendency is developing to use micro-style in natural science and engineering technology,micro-reactor is focus in more and more by specialists and researchers.There is a big problem in producting caprolactam with toluene as raw material,that is a low reap ratio.In the article,according to the principle In lactam reacting,trying to find out a better way to use micro-reactor to make caprolactam.In order to improving the quality of production,inducing consume and increase benefical result.
