石英光纤光固化涂料的XPS分析

摘    要:利用XPS对环氧丙烯酸酯型光固化涂料被复的石英光纤进行了剖析。结果发现,涂料中官能团类型与光纤的传输损耗存在一定的联系。较多的-O-C=O或-C=O可能会损害光纤的传输性能。涂料与基质间存在明显的相互作用。

Abstract:Several samples of quartz optical fiber coated with UV cured epoxy acrylates were analyzed with XPS. The results suggested that the nature of functional group of coating mentioned plays an important part in the change of transmitting property for optical fiber. There exists an obvious influence of C=O or O C=O group on the loss of optical fiber: the more the C=O or O C=O group contained in coati ng, the greater the loss. On the other hand, the increase of the content of C C group could lead to fewer loss.
