宽幅纯棉特细号高密直贡缎的织造实践

为了在双织轴宽幅喷气织机上顺利生产纯棉特细号高密直贡缎,选用100%长绒棉为经纱,50%长绒棉为纬纱,而且在织造工序采用中开口、低后梁、早开口、迟引纬、合理配置主辅喷嘴气压及引纬工艺、确保探纬器作用良好等技术措施,使织疵减少,织机效率达85.7%,入库一等品率达99.87%.

To produce pure cotton superfine count high density satin drill in double beam broad width air-jet loom,100% long-staple cotton was chosen as warp,50% long-staple cotton was chose as weft.Technology measures of medium opening,lower beam,earlier opening,later weft insertion,configuring air pressure of main jet nozzle & relay jet nozzle and weft insertion processing,guaranteeing weft detector function and so on were adopted to reduce weaving defects.Loom efficiency can reach 85.7%,first grade rate put in storage can reach 99.87%.
