| Abstract: | Aimed at SiO2 sintering characteristics of low sinter productivity, low strength and high low-temperature breakdown, some measurements such as raising basic capacity of sintered ore and the content of MgO, adding steel slag proportion and adopting low-temperature sintering technology etc. The production quota of sinter is obviously improved, which the sintering productivity is raised by 10 t /(m2*d), the strength index raised by 7.73 percent and the low-temperature breakdown reduced by 13.56 percent. The development of the low silica sintering technology has been promoted. |
