摘    要:采用沉淀-浸渍法制备了新型稀土固体超强酸SO42-/SnO2-Al2O3-SmO3,通过IR、TG等手段对其进行了表征分析,应用于合成丁醛乙二醇缩醛,考察其催化性能,较系统地研究了稀土氧化物种类、用量、焙烧温度、焙烧时间、浸渍液浓度等因素对产品收率的影响.实验结果表明适宜的催化剂制备条件为:稀土氧化钐含量为3%,焙烧温...

Abstract:New rare earth solid superacid SO42-/SnO2-Al2O3-Sm2O3 was prepared by deposition-steep method,characterized by IR,TG,and used to synthesize diacetal of ethandiol.The effect of rare earth oxide type and dosage,calcination temperature and time,and impregnation concentation on the yield of diacetal of ethandiol product was discussed in detail.The results showed that the optimum preparation conditions were: the rare earth oxide was Sm2O3 and the mass fraction was 3% in the SnO2-Al2O3 oxides;the calcination temperature was 550 ℃;the calcination time was 3 h;and the impregnation solutions was 3.0 mol/L H2SO4.The stability of catalytic active center was improved effectively by adding Sm2O3,which restrained catalyst deactivation.
