| 摘 要： | 针对国电谏壁发电厂的1025t/h锅炉回转式空气预热器漏风、可靠性不高原因进行了分析．并对空气预热器密封及驱动装置进行了改造。改造后，空气预热器的漏风率降低到7％以下，达到了节能降耗的目的，同时空预器的可靠性成倍提高。

| Abstract: | The reasons for air leakage and bad reliability of rotary air preheater for 1 025 t/h boiler in Guodian Jianbi power plant are analyzed.The seal and actuating devices of the air preheater were upgraded.After the transformation,the air leakage rate is reduced to below 7%.The aim of energy saving and lower consumption is realized,and the reliability of the air preheater is increased many times. |
