| 摘 要： | 伴随着20世纪60年代以来的新都市化进程,门禁社区在欧美国家急剧增加和蔓延,对都市空间的诸多方面产生了极大影响。通过对国外门禁社区的发展进行多视角审视与反思,分析其物质形态特征、开发管理模式、社会空间影响等,可为国内相关研究提供一定的理论借鉴。

| Abstract: | Along with the new urbanization process since the 60s of the 20th century, Gated Community in Europe and the United States increased dramatically and had a great impact on many aspects of urban space.In this paper, through muti-angle examine and reflect on the development of foreign Gated Community, analyze the material and morphological characteristics, the development and management models, the impact of social space, aims to provide relevant theoretical draw. |
