摘    要:提出了膜-基复合过渡区的概念,认为此为复合土工膜中重要的结构形式;复合土工膜的结构和性能直接与膜-基复合过渡区相关。应用电镜、热分析等技术对复合土工膜的微观结构(横截面结构、平面区域结构、纤维与膜材之间的界面、膜材的结晶结构等)进行研究,阐述了在膜-基复合过渡区中具有的“膜包纤维”微结构,认为膜-基复合过渡区是一种非均匀、非连续、带有一定离散和随机性的材料互穿结构;膜材表层存在纤维状凹槽,纤维与膜材间的界面以弱相互作用为主;加热过程和复合作用对膜材的结晶结构有明显影响。

Abstract:The influence of the structure of membrane/substrate interface on the property of laminated composite geo-membrane was investigated. Using SEM and DSC, the microstructures, such as cross-section of interface, surface topography of membrane, interface between membrane and fiber, and crystalline structure of membrane were analyzed. It was showed that there exists fibre-like flute on the surface of membrane, that implies weak junction between membrane and substrate. The crystalline structure of membrane after laminating was obviously influenced by heat process.
