横机编织各种针织管状结构

摘    要:探讨了如何在横机上编织各种不同组织和不同筒径的管状结构针织物,如反面平针组织、罗纹组织、各种双反面组织包括双反面提花组织等。编织工艺是基于在横机上通过不同的工艺要求并结合线圈转移来完成。本文使用德国Stoll公司的12机号双针床横机进行变形结构编织,对应针床织针排列为1×1形式。通过两个编织系统可使经过改进的双反面组织和花式双反面组织获得所设想的管状结构。

Abstract:The paper approaches the knitted fabrics with a tubular shape presenting the stages of manufacturing with a flat knitting machine under different structures: back plain stitch, rib evolution and purl of different sizes, including purl with purl pattem. The manufacturing technique is based on the insertion of the stitch transfer stage, technological characteristic specific to the flat knitting machines. The structure variants are produced on a machine by H. Stoll GmbH & Co. KG, Reutlingen/Germany, gauge 12 E with two needle beds and this establishes the work report of 1 × 1 for the needles of each needle bed. For the purl evolutions and fancy purl in order to obtain the programmed tubular shape included these two systems.
