铜模振动铸造法制备镁基大块金属玻璃研究

摘    要:采用电阻炉熔炼,在氩气保护下熔体铜模振动铸造制备出直径为3 mm到8 mm的Mg65Cu25 Y10合金棒试样,利用显微镜对试样进行了金相观察,利用示差扫描量热计分析了合金的玻璃转变、晶化行为.发现利用工业纯原料制备的直径为3 mm的试样中具有非晶组织,而直径为4 mm及以上的试样则有较明显的枝晶组织.

Abstract:Mg_(65)Cu_(25)Y_(10) stick samples with diameter from 3 mm to 8 mm were prepared by electric resistant furnace with shaking copper mold casting method in an argon atmosphere.Microscope and differential scanning calorimetry(DSC) were applied to analyze these samples.The results showed that it is amorphous structure in the samples with diameter 3 mm made with commercial raw material.However,dendrite crystal structure becomes obvious in samples with diameter over 4 mm.
