金属卟啉LB膜的气敏特性研究

摘    要:采用Langmuir-Blodgett (LB)技术,在不同膜压条件下制备了四苯基卟啉锌(ZnTPP)和四苯基卟啉铜(CuTPP)LB膜,分析了两种金属卟啉LB膜分别对吡啶、乙酸乙酯和四氢呋喃气体的紫外-可见光吸收光谱变化,并通过LB膜对紫外-可见光吸收光谱响应的变化,系统研究了两种金属卟啉LB膜的气敏特性,初步建立适合有机气体传感器敏感探测单元使用的材料体系.实验结果表明,在23mN/m的膜压条件下,金属卟啉的成膜效果最好,金属卟啉LB膜的紫外-可见吸收光谱响应最敏感,且发现分别通入3种不同气体后,CuTPP LB膜和ZnTPP LB膜的吸收光谱呈现不同的响应.所以CuTPP LB膜和ZnTPP LB膜相配合可作为色谱阵列单元用于识别吡啶、四氢呋喃和乙酸乙酯气体.
