| Abstract: | The cold-start capability is one of the most important properties of internal combustion（IC） engine to characterize engine＇s performances. This paper presented some primarily techniques that applied to improve engine performance, on basis of the factors analysis on engine cold start, and the advantages and drawbacks of those techniques were discussed. |
