联轴节失效分析与设计改进

摘    要:介绍了某5.9 L柴油机上液压泵联轴节失效分析与设计改进研究过程。研究结果表明,十字槽式联轴节传递的扭矩较小,不能满足工程机械压路机的使用要求;而花键联接可传递较大的扭矩,能够满足工程机械压路机的使用要求。

Abstract:This paper described the research of coupling shaft failure analysis and its design improvement of air compressor in engine. The research result shows that cross coupling shaft transfered less torque and did not meet request of engineering roller and spline coupling shaft can transfer more torque and meet request of engineering roller.
