玄武岩纤维增强材料加固钢管混凝土圆柱轴压性能的试验研究

摘    要:通过在钢管外部缠绕玄武岩纤维增强复合材料(BFRP)对钢管混凝土进行修复加固,能有效地提高构件的极限承载力、增加构件的延性、耐腐蚀性。通过对BFRP加固钢管混凝土的试验研究,分别对4个用BFRP纤维布缠绕加固和3个未加固钢管混凝土进行轴压试验,并通过荷载-位移曲线、荷载-应变曲线进行分析。结果表明:用BFRP缠绕加固的试件轴压破坏形态为BFRP拉断,钢管屈曲;用BFRP加固试件的承载力比未加固试件提高了17.3%,同时增加了试件的延性;未加固与加固试件轴压承载力的试验结果与理论计算结果的偏差较小,验证了理论计算的准确性。

EXPERIMENTAL STUDY OF AXIAL COMPRESSION PROPERTIES OF CONCRETE-FILLED STEEL TUBES WRAPPED WITH BFRP
Abstract:Wrapping BFRP sheets on the steel tube can effectively increase the axial capacity and improve the ductility and durability of concrete-filled steel tubes( CFST). This paper presented an experimental study on the axial compressive capacity of the CFST wrapped with BFRP sheets. Four CFST specimens wrapped with BFRP sheet and 3 plain CFST specimens were tested under axial loading,which were analysed by the load- displacement curves and load-strain curves. The experimental results show that 4 strengthened specimens were failed by BFRP rupturing after steel tube buckling. The axial capacity of the CFST was improved by 17. 3% through wrapping BFRP and the ductility of the CFST was improved as well. The good agreement between the experimental axial capacity and the analytical results confirms the validity of the theoretical analysis.
