| 摘 要： | 高精度滚珠丝杠是数控机床、精密仪器和仪表等设度的因素,并论述了机床传动误差、机床母丝杠安装精度、丝杠磨削热变形和力变形、砂轮主轴热变形和力变形等对高精度滚珠丝杠磨削加工的影响.为正确合理的使用机床、进而提高丝杠磨削精度提供了理论研究.

| Abstract: | The precision ball screw is the key parts of NC machine tool,precise instrument and many kinds of mechanical devices.This article analyzes the factors that influence the machining accurate of precision ball screw,and discusses the influence of transmission errors of machine tool,the fixing accurate of winter ball screw,the thermal deformation and force deformation of the work piece and grinding wheel for machining accurate. |
