摘    要:对于板料拉伸中压边力的作用以及变压边力拉伸的重要性作了说明,指出了变压边力技术在实际应用过程中的瓶颈所在,研制了一种新型双斜楔变压边力实验装置。采用该装置可以拟合3种不同类型的压边力变化曲线。通过更换弹簧以及调整螺栓的长度,这种装置还可以产生1组不同极值点和不同变化速率的曲线,以矩形盒为对象,对不同压边力变化趋势的拉伸加工进行了试验,结果表明:对于深矩形盒,压边力渐增型变化曲线效果最佳。研究工作对变压边力技术在工程中的推广应用具有重要意义。

Abstract:The function of blank holding force and the significance of variable blank holding force in drawing were presented.The main difficulty of variable blank holding force in application was pointed out.A set of new test device which can simulate three kinds different blank holding force curves through double taper wedge's movement was designed and manufactured.Furthermore,a set of different extreme values and variable velocity curves of the blank holding force was realized through replacing different spring and adjusting the length of regulation bolt by use of the device.As an example,rectangular box's drawing was tested in different conditions of variable blank holding force.It is shown that the gradually increasing curve is most fit for the rectangular box's drawing.The research has important significance to the engineering application of variable blank holding force technology.
