直线螺管形电磁铁吸力特性的改善

摘    要:普通的螺和电磁铁其吸力-行程特性按指数规律变化,本研究以吸力特性平坦化为目的,通过改变磁路的形状,来改善吸力特性。借助于有限元素法进行计算机模拟分析,使得在最小行程时的吸力减小5倍,而最大行程的吸力增大1倍。吸力特性被明显改善。

Abstract:The thrust of the conventional solenoid varies exponentially along the stroke.The purpose of the study is aimed to flatten the thrust characteristic and is accomplished to improve the thrust characteristic by change of the shape of the magnetic circuit.By using the finite element method,simulating analysis in a computer is carried out.The result shows that a reduction of thrust to one fifth of the original thrust at the minimum stroke and doubled at the maximum storke.Thrust characteristic is improved obviously.
