| 摘 要： | 自 1990年代以来 ,上海市进行了大规模的以大拆大建为特征的旧区改造 ,取得了辉煌的成就 ,也留下了许多经验教训。在上海的中心城区 ,如何延续历史文脉、合理确定适合中心城区特点、凸现现代国际化大都市中心城高尚生活、发展社区魅力的改造发展方式 ,是新一轮旧区改造面临的重要课题。针对上海市中心城区旧区不同街区的特点 ,本文试图归纳新一轮旧区改造的几种模式 ,以推动新一轮旧区改造的实践

| Abstract: | The past round urban renewal, which occurred since 1991 in Shanghai metropolis, obtained great achievements in improving living conditions and beautifying city appearance, but at the same time, came across many problems in operating mechanisms. Aiming at these problems, by discussing on the questions such as conducting subject, removing compensation, land supplying and governmental adjustment, the paper makes a deep research on the operating mechanisms suitable to the characters of the new-round urban renewal. |
