摘    要:硝酸铵在生产过程中会产生10~40g/L的低浓度硝酸铵水溶液,为了回收其中的硝酸铵,减少氨-氮排放,目前工艺上均采用对稀溶液进行蒸发浓缩的过程来实现的.由于蒸发浓缩过程需要大量的热能,这极大地降低了回收利用的价值.为了寻求一种更经济、更简单的回收过程,我们对硝酸铵水溶液的冷冻特性进行了一些试验,取得了一定的试验数据,以期对回收硝酸铵工艺过程的改进有所帮助.

Abstract:Drain water of dilute ammonium nitrate (about 10~40g/L) produced by the production of ammonium nitrate is a NH4-N polutant. Previous arts to deal with it all focused on distillation condensation methods, but it became no economic value for the recovery for so much energy spent in the course. In order to find a more economic and simple methed, a serices of freezing condensation tests be done. The result showed useful for revamping of recovery process of ammonium nitrate.
