摘    要:建立了流动注射-氢化物发生-原子荧光光谱法测定食品添加剂中铅的方法。样品经硝酸高压消解后,加干扰抑制剂(100g/L硫氰酸钾-100g/L草酸)选用以重铬酸钾-铁氰化钾为氧化剂与HCl作介质的分析溶液混合进行氧化反应发生铅烷,然后用氢化物发生-原子荧光光谱法测定铅,并对各种分析条件进行了优化和探讨。方法线性范围为0~80μg/L,检出限为0.35μg/L,相对标准偏差(RSD)<2.7%。应用于实际样品的检测,加标回收率在98.0%~103.0%,精密度1.8%~3.6%取得满意的结果。

Abstract:Determination lead in food additive by Flow Injection Hydride Generation-Atomic Fluorescence Spectrometry was proposed. The sample was digested under pressure with nitric acid, lead hydride was generated from the merging of an acidified sample solution with oxidative catalyst containing potassium dirchromate and potassium farricyanide. The detection limits is 0.35μg/L in the linear range of 0~80μg/L with relative standard deviations of less than 2.7%. The recovery was between 98%~103% when applied in the actual sample analysis.
