2,2-二巯甲基-1,3-丙二硫醇的合成

摘    要:以季戊四醇为初始原料合成了2,2-二巯甲基-1,3-丙二硫醇。该合成路线分为2个阶段:第1阶段由季戊四醇合成中间产物季戊四溴,经过正交优化确定该阶段合成条件,得到季戊四溴产率为78%;第2阶段由季戊四溴在酸性条件下通过置换和还原反应制备得到2,2-二巯甲基-1,3-丙二硫醇,产率78%(以季戊四溴计)。

Abstract:2,2-Bis(mercaptomethyl)-1,3-propanedithiol was synthesized using pentaerythritol as raw materials.The synthetic route is mainly comprised of two steps.In the first step,the intermediate products pentaerythrityl bromide was synthesized from pentaerythritol,and through orthogonal experiment,the yield of pentaerythrityl bromide could reach 78%.In the second step,2,2-bis(mercaptomethyl)-1,3-propanedithiol was synthesized through replacement and reduction reaction under acidic conditions with a yield of 78%.
