摘    要:提出了一种基于专家系统的变电站电压无功控制装置设计方案。充分利用历史数据,通过对变压器及无功补偿设备对调压、调无功的参数估算,修正给定的额定参数,从而使动作结果更加可靠。实现了动作策略可编程,彻底解决了电压无功控制装置策略修改的困难。实践表明,基于新方案的装置能自动适应变电站负荷的变化,使电压无功达到最优。

Abstract:An algorithm for voltage and reactive power control device based on expert system is proposed. By fully using the historical data, the coefficient of the voltage deviation and reactive power deviation of the transformer and compensating devices are obtained and used to modify the rated coefficient. The difficulty of rectifying strategies for voltage and reactive power control devices is solved with the implementation of the programmable strategy. The scheme proposed has been verified in the practical project and the results show that the new device can self adapt to the voltage variation in a regular region and implement the reasonable balance of reactive power flow to increase the security and economy of power delivery.
