摘    要:利用室温固相反应方法,合成了SnO2纳米颗粒前驱物。在NaCl+KCl熔盐介质中,于660℃下焙烧前驱物,合成了SnO2纳米棒。利用TEM、XRD和XPS对SnO2纳米棒形貌、成分进行了表征和分析。结果表明,SnO2纳米棒直径为20~30nm,长度从几百纳米到几微米。以SnO2纳米棒为原料,制备了厚膜气敏元件,在工作温度为300℃左右时,元件对乙醇具有较高的灵敏度、好的选择性和响应恢复特性。

Abstract:The precursor powders of SnO2 nanorods were prepared by means of solid state reaction method at room temperature.The precursor grew up SnO2 nanorods after roast at 660℃ in NaCl and KCl molten salt medium.The structure and morphology of SnO2 nanorods were investigated by XRD,TEM and X-ray photoelectron spectrum(XPS).And gas sensitive property of SnO2 nanorods was also studied.The results show that the diameter of SnO2 nanorod is 20~30 nm,with 0.1~10 μm length.The sensor based on SnO2 nanorods has higher sensitivity,higher selectivity and better response-reversion character to C2H5OH at 300℃.
