嵌入式水情信息移动终端的设计

摘    要:为了使水利工作者能够随时随地及时地了解水情信息,为防洪抗灾,现场指挥等提供更专用的信息查询服务,设计了水情信息移动终端。介绍了水情信息移动终端的硬件平台、系统结构,以及软件系统的组成,分析研究了水情数据库的设计与实现,终端接入Internet的方式,水情信息实时传输的实现等内容。通过对重要的理论基础和关键技术的分析和研究,为水情信息的移动性监测建立了可行性平台。

Abstract:The water regime information mobile terminal is designed to help hydrological workers to get quickly water regime information at any time and any place to query much more special information for flood control and disaster resistance at fieldwork. The author introduces hardware platform, system structure and software system for the mobile terminal, and makes analysis and research on design and realization of water regime database, method for linking with Internet, and real time transmission of water regime information. By analyzing and studying theory base and key technology, it has set up a feasible technology platform for mobile monitoring of water regime information.
