认知同化理论对高校公寓管理中大学生思想教育的启示

针对当前大学生心理问题突出，不能正确对待互联网和面对所处公寓周边环境等现状，教育工作者应有意识地汲取奥苏贝尔认知同化理论中的合理成分，对管理理念和教育模式进行创新。指出思想教育工作者应使大学生主动接受教育；充分发挥“先行组织者”的功能，塑造大学生良好的认知结构，促进学生有效同化思想教育的内容；采取多种思想教育的方式，增强大学生接受思想教育的动机，并帮助其树立正确的世界观、人生观和价值观。

The Enlightment of the Cognition Assimilation Theory on College Students' Ideological Education in Apartment Management

According to the situation that the college students have psychological problems and uncorrect views towards the internet and bad surrounding,the teaching staff should innovate the management idea and education mode by taking the reasonable pant of Ausubel＇s cognition assimilation theory. The teaching staff should try to make students receive education actively and help them to build good cognitive structnre to promote the assimilation of ideological education. Different means of idealogical promote the assimilation of ideological education and should be applied to help the students to set correct world outlook, life and value outlook.
