云硫化工厂汽轮机紧急停机控制回路改造实践

摘    要:云硫化工厂八万吨硫酸余热发电系统在前几年的技术改造中,其运行的稳定性和发电量均有明显地提高。但在生产运行过程中,还存在一些问题有待进一步提高,也存在一些安全隐患,特别是发电系统中的汽轮机还存在一些较为严重的安全隐患,从而造成不必要的经济损失和严重的人身安全事件。从确保发电系统的稳定性和安全性出发,对原发电系统中汽轮机的紧急停机控制电路进行了改造。

Abstract:During technology reform on 80,000 tons sulfuric acid afierheat generating system of Yun Fu iron ore sulphate enterprise group corporation plant in recent years, its operation is stable and the amount of generating electricity has been improved. However, during the production, there was some safety hazardous, especially the generating system of the steam turbine, therefore, it would lead to unnecessary economic lose and serious personal safety. From the stability and the safety of generating system, the urgent cease control loop of the steam turbine was reformed.
