| 摘 要： | 以工程量清单计价规范为基础,通过建立新的评价指标体系,利用层次分析法和模糊综合评判法,构建了工程量清单模式下的综合评标模型,并对该模型进行了举例分析,证明了这一方法的实用性。

| Abstract: | Now,the estimation mode is changing from the estimation mode of ration to the estimation mode of the bill of quantity.During this progress ,every segment of the construction project cost management needs to reform.In order to adapt to this new mode,in the light of bill of quantity,by setting up a new index system for evaluation,using AHP method and the fuzzy synthetical evaluation method,the article sets up a comprehensive model.Through the research with the example,the model proves very practical. |
