湿法炼锌工艺镍钴渣氧化酸浸工艺研究

摘    要:镍钴渣是湿法炼锌过程产生的废渣,含有锌、镍、钴等有价金属元素,具有较大的综合回收价值。以贵州某湿法炼锌企业产生的Zn、Cu、Cd、Co、Ni金属含量分别为45.81%、4.17%、2.34%、0.46%、0.38%的镍钴渣为研究对象,采用氧化酸浸法进行了浸出工艺条件研究。结果表明,在磨矿细度为-0.074mm占75%,双氧水用量为7.5%,液固比为4,硫酸浓度为30%,浸出温度为80℃,浸出时间为4h条件下,可使镍钴渣中有价金属Zn、Ni、Co的浸出率分别达到98.23%、95.78%、90.89%。试验结果可为此类工业废渣的综合回收提供参考。

Abstract:Nickel-cobalt slag is a waste residue produced by the wet zinc smelting process,containing valuable metal el ements such as zinc,nickel and cobalt,and has a large comprehensive recovery value. The nickel-cobalt slag with 45.81%, 4.17%,2.34%,0.46% and 0.38% of Zn,Cu,Cd,Co and Ni metals produced by a zinc hydrometallurgical enterprise in Gui zhou was taken as the research object. The leaching process conditions were studied by oxidative acid leaching method. The re sults show that the grinding fineness -0.074 mm content is 75%,the dosage of hydrogen peroxide was 7.5%,the liquid-solid ratio is 4,the sulfuric acid concentration is 30%,the leaching temperature is 80 ℃,and the leaching time is 4 h, the leach ing rates of the valuable metals Zn,Ni and Co in the nickel-cobalt slag can reach 98.23%,95.78% and 90.89%,respective ly. The test results can provide reference for the comprehensive recovery of such industrial waste residue.
