摘 要: | 对7050铝合金进行了冷热循环处理,研究了冷热循环处理对该合金力学性能和尺寸稳定性的影响。结果表明:冷热循环处理对7050铝合金力学性能的影响较小;从提高尺寸稳定性方面考虑,最佳的冷热循环处理工艺为-150℃保温24 h,再加热至150℃保温3 h,并循环2次;对该工艺处理后圆环开口尺寸变化率由未冷热循环处理的0. 22%降低到0. 05%,降低了77. 3%。
