超声振动辅助Ni60WC25粉末激光熔覆技术

摘    要:采用超声振动辅助的方法,运用激光熔覆技术在TC4钛合金表面制备Ni60WC25的镍基合金粉末熔覆层。研究超声振动辅助作用下Ni60WC25熔覆层的微观组织情况,并与常规的激光熔覆技术进行对比,分析熔覆层微观组织不同的原因。结果表明:在超声振动辅助作用下,熔覆层组织的晶粒变得细小,合金元素分布相对均匀,表面硬度提高。

Abstract:Ni60WC25 cladding was prepared on the surface of TC4 titanium alloy by using ultrasonic vibration assisted method. The microstructure of the Ni60WC25 cladding layer under ultrasonic vibration was studied,and compared with conventional laser cladding technology to analysis the reason of different microstructures of the cladding layer. The experimental results show that under the assistance of ultrasonic vibration,the grain size of the cladding layer becomes fine,the distribution of alloying elements is relatively uniform,and the surface hardness is improved.
